Whether you're a new team member of an existing convening team or a just launched a sector partnership, this 3-hour virtual workshop will help you build valuable tools to sustain momentum! This workshop dives into the critical “post-launch” phase, where the real work begins and long-term impact takes root. From energizing action teams to planning effective quarterly meetings, this workshop equips you with the tools and strategies to sustain momentum, deepen engagement, and move from ideas to action. We will cover valuable tips for engaging industry partners, facilitating meetings, and bringing in public partners to support industry-driven initiatives.

This workshop is designed for those who have attended a Next Gen 101 session and are actively supporting a Next Gen Sector Partnership. (i.e., backbone staff, sector partnership leads, and public-sector partners ready to strengthen their role in the ongoing success of Next Gen partnerships.)
Topics include:
Bringing the Energy: Communicating with partners after the launch
Facilitation Tips: Leading action teams with purpose and clarity
Public Partners: How and when to keep them informed and engaged
Quarterly Sector Meetings: Planning with intention and linking to action team work
Continuing Momentum: Maintaining engagement between meetings
The training will be hosted via Zoom. Plan to participate with cameras on as the training will be highly interactive.
